Emma is a Veterinary Assistant at Petersen Pet Hospital. She graduated from East Buchanan High School in 2021 and plans on attending the Veterinary Technician program at Kirkwood in 2022.

Emma grew up and currently lives in Winthrop. She resides with her parents and her two older siblings, Dylan and Kayla. The fur babies of the family include Karly the miniature dachshund, Oreo the three-legged cat, and Ellie the Frenchton mix.

Emma has always had a passion for animals. Although she didn’t get the opportunity to live on a farm, she was always playing with the animals at her grandparents’ farm.  She now owns her own horse, Mea, and spends a lot of her free time riding and caring for her. Other things she likes to do include hiking, drawing, snuggling with her pups, and being with family.
