Charlie is a Veterinary Assistant at Petersen Pet Hospital. She grew up in a small town in southeast Iowa. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, camping, gaming, and playing volleyball. Charlie has always known that animals were her calling and has multiple dogs, cats, a snake, and a bearded dragon! She started as a kennel attendant at the age of 16 and has stayed in the veterinary field ever since. Charlie is attending the Kirkwood Community College Veterinary Technician program and plans to work with animals as her career.
