Briana is a registered veterinary technician at Petersen Pet Hospital. She is from the small town of Lost Nation. Her and her parents share their home with Titan, a German Shepherd, her house kitty Brick, and a few other farm cats.
Growing up, she enjoyed spending time with her first dog, a German Shepherd named Taz. He had a long and happy life of 14 years! Living on a farm, she always had a strong passion for animals which lead her to join 4H where she gained an interest in show chickens. Briana showed chickens every year at the county fair for 6 years until graduation. She graduated from Midland Community High School in 2014 and was active in volleyball, basketball, track and FFA. Upon graduation she enrolled in the Veterinary Technician program at Kirkwood and graduated in 2017. Briana and her mom recently found an abandoned white kitten on the farm, which they named Nugget. They had to bottle feed him at first, but now he is a happy, healthy kitten who always comes up to play whenever you call his name.
In her free time she enjoys running with her German Shepherd Titan, loving on all her kitties, four wheeling with family, camping, sand volleyball, and spending time with her nephew.
