We operate primarily by appointment. If you are new to our practice, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow for the necessary paperwork and updating of your pet’s medical record. If you have previous medical records for your pet, you can bring them with you or have them sent before your appointment to speed up the process.
For your convenience, we also offer our clients to leave their pets with us for a short time to be examined. Please call the office to arrange a time with our friendly staff. On arrival, a team member will meet with you to gather information regarding your pet, a medical treatment form will need to be completed, and then your pet is welcome to stay with us for a few hours. Once your pet’s examination is finished, we can give you a call to go over our recommendations and find a time that works for you to pick them up.
Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection, and that of others, all pets must be on a leash or properly controlled while in the waiting area.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, and cash. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
An annual exam will be required for every boarding pet if not completed within the last year. A negative fecal exam within the last year is also required. If one is needed, we will collect and run the test while your pet is here with us. (If internal parasites are found, your pet will be treated at owner’s expense).
Current vaccinations are hospital policy to protect the health of all the boarders and are required by the state to maintain our Kennel license. Required vaccinations include:
Cats – Rabies and FVRCP
All animals entering our facility must be free of external parasites (fleas, ticks, mites, etc.)
You are welcome to bring personal items for your pet during their stay (toy, blanket), but they must be clearly labeled when dropping off your pet.
