To log on or sign up for your Pet Portal click on the link on the homepage of our website. Once logged in you can click on "Tools" and then click on the "Client Satisfaction Survey" link. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes. We take time to read and consider all scores and comments from the surveys so any input is appreciated.Here is an example of what other clients are saying:
